Supervison in Ross on Wye, Herefordshire

Jane believes in the incredible value of supervision. She aims to create a safe, nurturing, non-judgemental place where she & her supervisees can explore whatever issues arise from the demanding role of working as a therapeutic worker.

Her aim is to enable her supervisee to flourish, both professionally & personally through her method of working. This is based upon the relationship & may take the form of being educative, supportive & sometimes challenging. All the time being aware of BACP Framework for Good Practice & being vigilant for ethical & moral issues, & being mindful that this work is for client’s best interest.

Thus, supervisees emerge from the encounter with an enhanced perception & knowledge, which they are able to put into practice for the mutual benefit of themselves & that of their clients.

Individual and group supervison sessions are offered to counselling therapists, counsellors & supervisees in training, & others working within the caring professions. Reduced rates for those in training.

Qualification is Advanced Diploma in Supervision from Warwick University.
